Shipping
The method, delivery times and shipping costs for your destination are listed in the following table:

In the event of partial delivery due to www.risoalfieri23.it, shipping costs will be charged only once.
When we deliver
- 9:00 – 17:00 CET, Monday to Friday
- For all orders placed during the summer closure period, shipments will be handled within 3 working days after reopening.
- All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days after confirmation of your order.
- During the Christmas holidays: deliveries guaranteed by 24/12 for orders received by 15/12.
- During the Christmas holidays: for orders placed between 21 and 28 December, delivery times are subject to possible variations in the timing of the couriers.
- www.risoalfieri23.it is not responsible for any delays of the couriers due to their overload for holiday periods and anniversaries.
- All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- Once shipped, orders will not be redirected.
Tracking
When the order is shipped, www.risoalfieri23.it will send you an email containing the shipping number provided by the Express Courier, with a link to check the status of the shipment.
Insurance
www.risoalfieri23.it insures every shipment until delivery. A signature is required for every delivery and at that point the responsibility for the goods will pass to you. If you have indicated a specific recipient other than yourself to whom the goods are to be delivered (for example if it is a gift), the signature made by the recipient will be accepted as proof of delivery upon completion of the service by www.risoalfieri23.it and will transfer all responsibility in the same way.
Taxes
All product prices are shown including VAT 4% – 10% – 22%.
The cart shows the VAT separated for the products and for shipping.
MERCHANTS AND COMPANIES:
Merchants and Companies: on www.risoalfieri23.it you can also register as a company, simply by filling in the company field at the time of registration, a subsequent field will open in which to enter the VAT number.
