How to return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items with the intact packaging can be returned for exchange, within 10 days from the shipping date.
- To request a return authorization, you must send a request to info@risoalfieri23.it within 2 days of receiving the order. The email must specify the order number, codes and names of the items you wish to return and the desired compensation: replacement.
- Once the return request has been received, www.risoalfieri23.it will send you a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.).
- You will be asked to confirm a date for collection, prepare the package and deliver it upon the courier’s arrival.
- The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by www.risoalfieri23.it
- In the return method carried out for an item change, the return shipment will be FREE.
Product change
- It is not possible to change the product with a different item.
- Only one free item change is allowed for each return authorized.
General Terms and Conditions on Returns
- Items must be returned new, with the packaging intact.
- Returns that are damaged, dirty or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- All products undergo a thorough quality control before being shipped. In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by www.risoalfieri23.it, it is required to follow the same instructions above. www.risoalfieri23.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
- www.risoalfieri23.it reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions. Acceptance of such returns will still entail a charge of 20% of the value of the returned goods.
- www.risoalfieri23.it will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
