Our pride and our commitment to producing better rice began at Via Alfieri 23 in Bianzè thanks to Alberto, the youngest in the family, who has always fostered the idea of improving and telling the world about our excellent product: Gloria rice.

The water we use to flood our rice fields comes from the mountains and is clear and very fresh: pure spring water from Mont Blanc flows down to the plains, all the way to our rice paddies, bringing oxygen to our clay-rich soil and allowing us to grow a unique rice of the very highest quality.

Gloria rice undergoes semi-coarse processing so that the grain retains all its nutritional properties, guaranteeing a unique flavour.

We take care of our rice and deliver a unique product, so that you in turn can take care of yourself and the people you love, perhaps by preparing a special dinner in a warm, affectionate atmosphere.

Our Land

Our Fraschea and Pulalla farms have been family-run for over 3 generations and are located in Bianzè in the beautiful upper Po Valley; our lands border on Leri, where Camillo Benso, Count of Cavour, was born and is remembered and esteemed for his irrigation and reclamation projects, first and foremost the Cavour Canal, which runs through our land.
Our new brand Alfieri 23 takes its name from the address where Alberto’s project came to life: Via Alfieri 23 in Bianzè.
